So far so good. One thing. Someone took out the cover of my spare in the hatchback, and didn't put it back in properly. They just placed it on top of the entry rail and it wasn’t flush but they put my Capet and liner over the back of it. If they are going to remove something, they need to reinstall it properly, not just put it on top of the entry rails and cover it up because they didn’t have sense to put it back the way it was.

Truck was to be ready on Wednesday by 3, got the call at 2 that truck would not be ready till Thursday, had to rent a vehicle thru Monday for work related schedule and this is unacceptable

Was told vehicle would be ready Wednesday by 2, then 3, then 4 then Thursday, I had explained to them I had a trip planned at drop off and with the unexpected delay I was forced to rent a car thru mid day Monday. An additional cost that came out of my bank account not Stingray Chevrolet’s

During drop-off and pick-up I received good customer service. I was treated very well. The repairs were done correctly and to my liking. I was planning on getting my car and washing it and vacuuming and cleaning the inside and I was left pleasantly surprised that it was done upon return to me; they even cleaned in between the doors like I do.
