First impression, the collision office was clean and well organized, very professional. Wes immediately helped me with my issues. When I found out that my car was going to take a couple extra days, I was in need of getting a rental. Anthony was very helpful in arranging one for me. He saw a need and made sure it was made. Wes heard that the rental company was charging me for "insurance" and right away he said that they should not of done that and if they don't take it off, he would pay for the charge. That was an eye opening moment. That right there builds the company name, builds relationships. Sad but true you don't see great service that often any more. Wes and Anthony did an amazing job satisfying my needs. They are very professional and personable. I highly recommend that people should go to Stivers Ford Collision. I will definitely be back if I have any other issues. The repair shop did an excellent job fixing my car. Can't even tell I had damage. Having the car washed and the inside clean was another eye opening experience. Looks like the collision center really cares about their job and the service that they give. All in all, 5 star service. Keep up the great work!

I've already spoken with Anthony and he said he'd be in contact tomorrow morning. There is dust all over the inside of our van, grease marks on the interior and a broken lock on the passenger side sliding door. Paint is pitted on the brand new hood, old insulation used underneath the hood (obvious due to deer hair all over it). Also, when you run the AC or defroster it makes a loud hissing noise and the air is NOT cold. I understand when you wreck a car you don't get a brand new one in return. The dust, grease marks, broken lock, pitted paint and AC problems were not present when it was towed away to Stivers. No, I'm not satisfied.
