Repair looked good, but heard thumping sound when driving post repair. When I took it to my mechanic, he discovered the truck bed bolts had been left loose and truck bed was bouncing.

I wasn't updated on the issues they had until I called. Also, when I dropped it off I asked the guy if they could touch up the paint on the rear of car and he said that if there was enough paint they would paint over that. I find it hard to believe that they couldn't do it and Iit wasn't discussed again so I think that it was ignored. I understand it wasn't in the deal, but why say ok and not tell me it couldn't happen.

Again lack of communication and in the beginning the guy I dropped it off to acted like they could put touch up paint on the back hatch and after not having my car for almost 4 weeks, they didnt touch up the back.
