There didnt seem to be good communication between the ship and the insurance carrier paying for the costs? This lead to the insurance cutting off my rental because they never got notice of the estimate and then I had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone fixing this missed communication

Thank you for figuring out why I was getting water in the back of the car every time it rained. The back looks amazing. I can open the hatch without wanting to lecture my kids all over again for breaking it. The windows and dash look great. The outside of the car is so shiny. Thank you again for fixing the damage and making my life a little happier every day.
