I was informed about the progress of the repair and knew when to pick it up. My Forrester was beautifully detailed when I did pick it up, and I am thoroughly pleased with my Blue Ribbon Experience!

My car was good but customer service isn't to good when you go in and ask about your vehicle and they say I guess it's good if something is wrong don't blame me I didn't get time to go check it over I thought really that's your job it don't matter how busy you are. Plus my vehicle was to be done this one day then the message thing said we need it another day so I came home and then got a call later saying your car is ready really I live 35 minutes away that has to be better also thank you

Just to many issues on a vehicle with less than 80,000 miles.

The repairs were not done as requested originally in December which made me have to return the vehicle to the dealer, multiple times. In total my car was serviced 4 different times for the same issue in less than 3 months and I went through 5 loaner vehicles while repairs were done.
