My initial visit with the estimator, I was very impressed with her knowledge and experience and she immediately put me at ease with her confidence that my car would be repaired to a "like new" state. I am so appreciative for having received regular updates via text messages, and phone calls throughout the entire repair process. Overall, great work was done. It took longer than initially anticipated, but that’s pretty typical. They didn’t provide many updates as to the readiness of the truck until after I reached out, which was a bit frustrating

Make the "available time for pickup" indicator more conservative. The date for pickup was saying it was ready way before it was actually ready, leaving us to keep changing plans around whenever it updated to a later date.
