The only issue I had was that it took 3 months to get my truck fixed due to a back log of work. Evidently this would have been the same anywhere I went and it wasn’t their fault. Overall they were kind and helpful and did a really nice job repairing the whole front end of my truck.

The initial inspection did not notice a leaking windshield washer fluid reservoir. I only found out a few weeks later when I tried to refill it. I asked for a note to be left for the technician, but the technician apparently did not notice the note. I am disappointed that I need to return to have this taken care of. The ideal time for that part to have been fixed would have been while it was already being worked on and while I had a rental.

I brought my car in to for body work from someone scraped into my car while they were backing out of a parking spot. Since my car was still drivable it took a little while to get an appointment so that was understandable. Once I dropped my car off I was expecting to be without a car for a couple of weeks but it was done so fast. It took about 4 days. It looked great. Would never tell that anything happened to it. Fast and friendly service.

The customer service is excellent. Everyone I spoke with from the time I first called, the estimate, the emails, the dropping off of the car and picking up were all friendly and wonderful service. I would highly recommend.
