I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my RAV 4. It looked as if it just came out of the dealer showroom.. Inside and out!!! The repair and painting were exceptional !!! My car looked wonderful when I picked it up. All the damages were very well taken care of. And they cleaned/vacuumed the entire interior of the vehicle. That was very unexpected. I was very impressed…grateful. 😊

Very satisfied with what I was done to my vehicle. I took the car home and was driving it for a few days without any problems. Then, when I finally drove during the night, I realized that the headlight assembly they replaced, still needed an adjustment to the actual headlight bulb. I called them, and was told to bring it in the next morning. When I arrived, they adjusted it right then. No complaints here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. 😊

My experience with SMBS was exceptional. The front office staff (Mesha & Lillie) kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle & were very helpful & patient in answering any questions I had. The work on the car itself was outstanding. The technicians who worked on it were obviously very skilled.
