I would give it a ten because the quality of repairs was great. BUT my passenger airbag off - light is on and only goes off when a very heavyset person sits in the seat. My 160 lbs son does not even trigger the sensors. So nobody can sit in the passenger seat right now. And my car needs to be brought in again for who knows how long.
