My one disappointment was that the dent in the left front fender was not repaired. I was under the impression that it would be removed. I did not understand the estimate and that was the cause of the confusion. Chris, Steven and Charity were extremely helpful. I had difficulty understanding the estimate explanation. It changed 3 times! One small dent was not repaired and scrapes were not polished out. Steven did bring out a polisher and buffed out the scrape marks to make the area look better. He said he would call me and let me know the name of the company that might be able to pull out the small dent. My understanding had been that Stonewall was going to do it. The dent is still an awful reminder of being bumped by a van and pushed into the next lane with the driver’s side mirror being sent flying. The driver immediately passed me and very quickly left at the upcoming exit. Above the left front tire is where the dent and scrapes occurred. I wish the dent were not there. Thank you, Mary

Please refer to my later comments which refer to my satisfaction with the repair quality. The driver’s side mirror was ripped off and replaced. As far as I can tell, it’s working well. I also had two turn signal bulbs replaced that are working properly.
