My 2021 Toyota Tacoma looks fantastic.I am very happy with the way it looks. It it just how it looked before the accident. I also appreciate how my truck was washed and cleaned up. It looks amazing. The whole truck was clean and shiny. I love it.

The staff while friendly never called with any updates on the vehicle and when we called in for updates we were told they needed to check with someone else and would call back. We rarely received the call back and when we did it was after 4+ hours had passed. The cars completion date was changed 3 times while at the shop and we were not notified that it wouldn’t be ready until the day of when we called for updates. We asked to be notified of progress and changes and never were. When picking up the car, lights were still on the dash. When the issues were resolved I left only to get a warning that the tire pressure in one tire was at 51. It had not been prior to having the dash light resolved, meaning it was overfilled while in your shop

Scratches on the trunk; sticky residue also on the trunk. Considering the bumper is what was replaced, this was a little odd. More time should have been spent on this sloppiness than the considerable amount of time spent vacuuming and washing the car.
