The finished product was perfect. The process of getting there was rocky.

The front office seemed disconnected with the shop. 3 estimated deadlines were blown. Communication about why there was a delay wasn’t the best. At least once, I had to call, redial, and redial again after being routed and disconnected to the estimator working on my car.

When I picked my vehicle up, the final cleaning and inspection had been rushed, and I had to return to have overspray removed and codes reset on my vehicle. Casey was very willing to reinspect my vehicle and buffed the overspray and cleaned my car for me when I returned.

If my workplace was not near the shop I would have been more upset about having to go back 2 extra times for corrections.

The repair itself came out really nice. However, the final cleaning was rushed. The codes weren’t reset properly and I had to take my car back twice one for polishing compound to be removed and another time for the horn to be reconnected. The person who did my initial assessment Casey was very friendly and assistive.

Staff are very friendly and arranged for me to have a loaner. When my car wasn’t done the day. It was expected to be the only reason I didn’t give a 10 is that they did rush my car through the final inspection and cleaning process which led to me having to come back on two occasions.

Great service and communication! Loved the fact that they also cleaned the interior of my vehicle! However, I was disappointed that my wheel cap fell off on my drive back to work. I have a strong suspicion that it got damaged during the tow. Stuckey isn’t covering the costs but did kindly order me a replacement. I feel all wheels and caps should have been checked properly in the shop before leaving the garage. Otherwise, very satisfied with my service.
