With vehicle missing nuts and bolts, unknown what else may be missing - no. Had high hopes for your shop as others in the area are sub-par.

Off brand parts fit as best as expected however at least 2 fasteners missing upon vehicle return, unknown if any others missing.

I had to try to get them on the phone for updates and updated ready date as this was not communicated and my rental was only through X date which was the expected "if we have delays date".

The completion date kind of bounced around. But in the end the work was top-notch. Stucky also kept in touch throughout the whole process to keep me informed as to the status of the repair.

They really didn't keep in touch throughout the project. And updates were spotty and the time complete estimate kept changing. Also the time of repair schedule was different from Stucky to the schedule from State farm.
