I found trim by my passenger side front mirror is not in tact like my driver side is. I will be stopping back in. I don’t want leaks coming in the inside of my vehicle.

The trim at the passenger side front is not attached right and there is a mark on the quarter panel by the trim that I don’t know if it wasn’t painted or what it is. I don’t want it to rust after a period of time.

From what I looked at, the body work looked really good, great job! The paint is another story. The color seems to match really well, but there are wrinkles/sags from an issue from the basecoat. They said they will fix, however I would have expected this to be fixed prior to us picking up the truck. We will need to make another appointment. Like I said, great job on the body work and paint match.

I was unhappy that I as a customer had to chase down updates on the progress of my repairs. I also was embarrassed that the car rental service had contacted me and wondering where their rental vehicle was due to not being updated from insurance that rental needed to be extended due to your collision department didn’t send insurance company an update as I had requested them to do so!

My appointment was changed originally was to be a 1 to 2 hour repair and changed to not being able to be completed until a week later. More dissatisfied with the lack of communication no matter the cause. I appreciated the loaner after the garage had my car for the first 5 days so I could get to work. Please do not call or text. Repair looks good more of an organization issue it seems.

My car looked like new!! :) It had been repaired AND thoroughly cleaned. The repair took less time than expected -amazing! The person who received the loaner back was extremely kind, even when I explained that I could not get the gas fill door open to return the tank with the same amount as when I borrowed it. I have started telling others about your service. :)
