The rear tailgate doesn't have the stickers in the F 150 indent as was on the original. The tailgate seems to drop faster as well. Other than that, very good work.

I will never get a car fixed or buy a car from here

Had my car for over a month. Was told by the head collision guy that they only work on cars 4 hours per day. Had my car for two days and decided to ship it somewhere else to get finished cause their guy was in over his head. Finally got to go pick it up and found out that somebody left my parking break engaged. Tried to drive it home not knowing this. Took it back to the shop they kept it for another week and told me they put new rotors, calipers and brake shoes on it. Took it to my mechanic and none of those things were replaced. Tried to call and get a service bill for that work said they would email it to me, never did. So I called my insurance company to investigate.

Truck was left filthy with Body Shop dirt/dust covering the entire interior of the truck. Left front tire, which was changed; vibrates above 55 Mi an hour. Balance was not checked? Trim cover on the rear bumper is missing.

Staff was very friendly. They never reached out we had to call every time and they did not return phone calls when they said they were going to give updates.

They were very friendly, however they were not good about keeping me informed of the delays they ran into during the repair. I had to call multiple times for updates and to find out it was ready for pick up.
