I have had my car in twice now because I have hit deer. The first time I worked with Jay the second time I worked with Sabrina, both times were a great experience and they did a great job.

The insurance adjuster told me that my head lights and turn signals would be fixed but they were not and they gave me some stupid story about a mouse chewing the wires I'm not stupid they stopped working when the dear hit

The insurance company that I have said that they would repair my lights and turn signal next thing i know stickies Ford said a mouse chewed my wires and it wasn't related to the accident they didn't even show me pictures of the chewed wires if the wires where chewed then it had to happen wile it was sitting down there because everything worked before the dear hit me

The people were great - capable and friendly. The job was completed on time. The only downside is that the rear door handle fell off the day after the car was done. I have the parts and will bring it in to be replaced as soon as I recover from a knee replacement (about two more weeks).
