It took an extra week and a half for the repairs to finish. In that time I was not contacted ONCE about my car. I had to initiate contact multiple times to find out what was going on. Then I get charged for a loaner vehicle after they went over 3 weeks and the insurance wouldn't pay for my rental any longer. Not impressed and will not be coming back. Oh wait. They did call me twice in a row to let me know I could pick my car up. Very poor communication skills.

Communication was horrible. I was quoted 2 and a half weeks for my repair. It took over a month and the only time I was contacted by them was when my car was ready to be picked up.

My experience with Stuckey has exceeded expectations. Jay helped us, informed us every step through each process of our repairs. Did a walk through at the end of service. We hit a few issues with our insurance and Jay was more than willing to help take care of any issue he could offer his help with. The office team was also very friendly and welcoming.
