Sudden Impact went above and beyond to repair my 2013 Honda Acoord EX ‘s rear and front bumper. Their team was sharp, polite, educated, and delivered well above satisfactory results. My car was t boned they fixed my door and frame but my suspension never got fixed because it was not added by the insurance adjuster. I don't know why so my car is not completely fixed but my door and frame is beautiful . I took my car back to them but another branch and the guy I spoke to made me feel like I was wasting his time and was not very nice but I only asked him to look at my car and he test drove it on a really bad road which was not a good idea and without my consent to drive it .so I give 9 out of 10 because of the guys attitude towards me and driving my car without consent. But the first branch was nicer and did a beautiful job.
