Sugar Hill Auto Body did an amazing job repairing my car after a hit-and-run. They handled absolutely everything — from arranging the Enterprise rental to keeping me updated throughout the process. Cole and Patrick were incredibly kind and professional, sending me regular updates and making sure I understood each step of the repair. My car looks beautiful, like new! The team is extremely friendly and personable. The auto body work is always top-quality (we’ve used them twice), and most of all they’re extremely transparent, giving you routine updates by phone, realistic estimates on the extent of the service and answering any questions that you have. Despite not having your car, you still walk away having a great experience with these guys.
