The repairs took 3 times longer than originally quoted because they were "waiting for a part" and then when I got it back there were gouges in the finish of the paint of the brand new fender that were covered in still sticky touch up paint. Very unsatisfactory work. Take pride in what you do. If I did something like that at my job I wouldn't be able to sleep at night

No need to contact me. Minor disappointment with a small carpeted compartment in the trunk area that doesn’t close properly. The body/safety of the car is what matters and it seems great!

The staff at Sullivan were outstanding. The guy, Kyle?, who saw the repairs through was so on the ball and competent. The woman at the front desk was kind and professional. It was a positive experience.

From the very beginning everything went so smoothly. From dropping my car off and you had a rental car waiting for me. Everyone was so friendly and I loved the idea that I could see my car on your web site to see what was done daily. When my car was completed it looked brand new. What a great job! Thank you

Amy made the process super simple. She took care of everything. I dropped my car off on Mo day and had it back on Wednesday. Not only was the car repaired beautifully, it came back sparkling clean. Would highly recommend them.
