Poor communication no one call from the store what‘a the procedure and taking way longer than it should take . It took 3 days Just to change a side mirror and repair a glass

Wind shield not exchanged as I requested just repaired and the repaired part still very clear and shown up I don’t how people can take money for not doing the job right also very slow took them 3 days to exchange a mirror

Awful experience not just the collision Center which took 3 days to exchange a mirror but also liberty mutual claim representative who is not responding calls or emails very bad communicator

They moved very quick on repiaring the rear quarter panel on my Nissan Maxima Kyle The service advisior was nice and the pictures they showed the progress online every day is a nice touch I also like that they store the car inside during the repairs . Overall I am satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle
