Was told I would get updates on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. I received 2 updates but suntouota has had my car for 3 weeks. I then have been position to have to call . Sometimes able to get the appropriate people and at other time have left messages.

If "0" was an option, I would have chosen it. Never would I recommend this repair facility to anyone. In fact, I will be telling any and everyone I know to avoid this shop under ANY circumstance. VERY poor service. Very rude employees.

My vehicle was returned to me with problems that it did not have prior to delivering it to the "repair" facility. Major, noticeable issues that would have been evident had they existed before this shop put their hands on it.

The shop employees were very rude and could not follow simple instructions. After telling the employee I initially dealt with to refrain from addressing the body work on my vehicle and concentrating strictly on the driveability, their work on my vehicle began with body work. Blaten disregard for instructions from the customer.
