The entire process from the call to schedule the repairs, the regular updates on progress along the way to the pick up of the vehicle upon completion was exceptional. Everyone involved in communicating with me, Susie, John and Susieâs son was professional, friendly and engaging. The quality of the work is outstanding. My 2010 Lexus looks like new and we couldnât be more pleased with our experience with Vinnieâs Auto and AAA Insurance who referred them to us.
