They were nice when they were trying to make things right. But it is just absurd how many times I needed to come in before they fixed the car to an acceptable level.

The quality of the work can be described by nothing more than "sub-par". In order to get an even acceptable result it required me to bring the car back four times before they were able to get an ALMOST smooth paint job. When I first picked up the car there was at least 10-20 high spots of dust in the paint on every panel they painted, the door jamb they repaired had a 2" circle that was still unpainted, there was a crease in the 'new' bumper they just installed and painted, and there was numerous runs in the paint.
