Minor scuffs and a chip of paint gone. Your dealership did an awesome job November 2024 so I did not look closely at the repair. When I came home my Husband looked and where the chip of paint was missing it looked like the paint was just sprayed over the chip and rough edges still there where the chip was. We came back to the shop. The gentleman we spoke with agreed and was very amenable to redoing my car and offered us anytime and it would get first priority. The only problem is I need a vehicle to drive and you had no loaners. We are to receive a call. Hopefully it will be soon.

The facts are Sunset Cadillac outstanding! This is my first experience with the body shop and all I can say is the car looks brand new. I didn't have collision damage rather some cosmetic damage from rock chips. I have loyally used the service department for 5 years and I know I can trust them. The collision center is equally on par! I'm not surprised, this dealership has top notch dedicated professionals. It also helps that their pricing is reasonable and they always stick to their commitment to me. Thanks again :)
