Our goal is to provided excellent services and quality work on a timely basis. We also provide emails and text and phones calls to our customer on keeping them up to date with their vehicles.

I cant lock the car, the alarm wont set. The repairs took 3 1/12 weeks, initially they said it would be 10 days.

I have sent several of my cars to superior autobody in San Carlos. I’ve always had great work done on my cars. This is the first time that I felt customer service was not satisfactory. I had to call every three days for an update my representative with seldom available. I finally picked up my car today and noticed that some structural components were not satisfactory and upon further inspection some other items would noticeable as well. I called my representative. No answer. I emailed my representative and I have yet to hear back from him. Regrettably, I am not very satisfied with my experience this time. I am going to have to go back tomorrow to address these issues further causing me delay and waste my valuable time. Not acceptable.
