The Paint on the car matches, however the comfort access on the door does not work and has to be ordered and installed by the dealership which I handled. The paint on the bumper has some imperfections and it looks like it was quickly sprayed on. Not happy with overall quality and not sure how the comfort access door handle was not installed properly or improperly ordered. On the billing slip it states W/O comfort access when in reality the car has comfort access. Attention to detail was completely missed.

Was referred by family and was then informed that it is "not the same people" anymore. Dropped off the car with trust that the car would be taken care of properly and at a proper time fashion. Was given multiple target dates for completion and all were missed. Spoke with the rep in store and asked for a discount for inconvenience and he knocked $100 off after getting two additional supplementals from Allstate which I called in to add on the additional work and scope so the car would be handled and your body shop would be compensated properly. After I asked for a proper discount for the inconvenience- I was told by the rep- $100 is all you are gonna get and we dont nickle and dime here. And the minute I drive off the lot- my handle doesn't work. I didn't even want to come back because of this. Also- I handed the check to the rep and she handed my keys and said "you are all set". Moments after my phone is blown up three times asking for a call back becuase the rep has to "ask me something" I call her back afterwards since I was in a meeting and I asked her whats going on and she says "how do you want to handle the deductible?" I ask her what is she talking about- you said I am all set and then she says well I made a mistake and you need to pay. On top of my bumper painted without detail and my door handle that does not work- I need to pay. Unbelievable.
