I think you just need to work on standing by what you say, what I mean is I was told if the parts weren't in then you guys would fix what could and then put bad parts on until came in but that didn't happen and no one called I had to call 3 times and paid extra for rental cuz u didn't do like u said you used my car over month waiting on parts

I had just got off the phone with my Insurance adjuster & called Superior to find Delores had the tow arranged & my car was in the shop within 3 hours. They completed the repairs in a little over 2 weeks & my car was ready to pickup. I had spoken to 3 other shops on Sept 30th & they wouldn't take my car in to start repair until mid November!.. I am super happy & really appreciate Delores & all the nice people that worked with me & my car at Superior. The Gentleman who went over my car with me when I picked it up was very nice & patient, he addressed all my concerns about the work done & any thing that might arise in the future. I recommend Superior to anyone who needs body repair work done. ( If my everyday life went as fast, & hassle free, if only I would be so lucky!) Thank you Superior 🌺Ellen C. ( Oakdale Ca.)
