Zero communication about the status of my vehicle even though updates were promised. Old parts and trash were left in my truck and back seat. Diet marks were found on the passenger seat. Someone there lost the cover to my alarm and still have received zero follow up on this issue.

Ricky was great….took good care of us and our car. Very good about explaining things, too. (It was our second appointment with Superior….we were in last Sept/Oct.) Original time frame was two days for the job, but we know change is possible as things are disassembled, so it wasn’t ready til Friday but we couldn’t pick it up that day as I’d had sedation during a medical treatment and was told not to drive, so thx for letting it have a “sleepover” until Monday as I was actually “ditzy” for two days! We only dealt with Ricky this time. (Had met him the previous time when we picked up the car. He’s a “keeper”….very detailed, has a good memory as our estimator last fall gave us an appointment date, but when I called to confirm it, not only wasn’t it in the books, it hadn’t even been forwarded to our insurance company and we’d planned our vacation around its repair schedule. Very disappointing!) We’ll always ask for Ricky if we need one of our three vehicles attended to!

Im beyond satisfied with the work that was done to my truck. I though i would never see my truck again, let alone get it back in better condition than when i drove it off the dealership lot! Looking at it, youd never know it was ever in an accident!
