Vehicle was brought in for small dent repair. Photos taken of 3 different panels for repair. I was called and informed my vehicle was ready. Only 2 of the three panels were repaired. My service write even told me he was confused why the insurance only authorized 2 of the 3 panels. So where is the customer service. Service write specifically remember 3 panels that needed for repair, wrote 3 panels in the original estimate but never once called to inform me, his customer of the issue. Instead on the day of my pickup I had to call my insurance and reschedule for car rental. A planned trip of 30 mins late for work ended up costing me 4hrs of sick time and additional wait time for my truck repair. Still waiting as of this survey. Disappointed

I came into Superior Paint and Autobody because I needed to get my bumper repaired for my Toyota Corolla. A lady had rear ended me and there was a real bad scratch and indentation showing on my bumper. Ricky and Dolores was able to help me out in getting the bumper fixed. My car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Upon receiving my car the bumper looked as if nothing had happened to it. Thanks to Ricky & the whole team for your excellent service.
