My overall experience wasn't that impressive, I had to drop off my rental car and walk back to the repair shop. I've had cars repaired at another shop and their customer service was TOP NOTCH!, rental car was at the shop for me when I dropped off my car and while my car was being repaired they kept in contact with me to keep me up dated on my vehicle status. Also when I came to pick up my car they would have the car rental place bring me back to the shop.

Although everyone at Superior was always friendly and helpful it did bug me a bit that my truck was in there longer because of a mistake that was made twice when ordering the radiator. Made my portion of the rental car higher than I expected.
