Dissatisfied with your Service. I was scheduled to pick up my car 8/13/16 at 10am drove 5.5 hours. To find out that the A/C was not working, I specifically told the manager to check for other damages because when the accident happen steam came out of the car. Now i have to drive back this weekend again to get the car. Hopefully this time they check everything like they were supposed to.

I was told my car would be ready within one week. Then recieved a text saying it wouldn't be ready until the following Friday. When I called they said they were waiting for my new tires to come in which had taken another week. I called at 2:30 when the car was suppose to be ready at 4:30 and I was told I had to wait until the following Monday because the car wasn't out of the paint booth and needed to be washed and waxed. Very disappointed for having to wait 3 and a half weeks to get my car back. Extremely disappointed.

I can't remember his name, but the guy with the braid is awesome, with super customer service skills. It made my ex prince a pleasure. Also, the repair looks great, and I haven't seen my car look that clean since I bought it. Thank you!
