The repair looks good, wasn’t happy about communication , my truck was returned with over spray and full of sanding dust inside. Rick did mention to inform the shop if I seen anything that needed attention. If you ask me would I return I would say maybe not. I think the shop didn’t go above and beyond for the customer.

Excellent service and craftsmanship. I’ve had several cars had to be worked on and they’ve done great work on everything I’ve taken to them. Rick and the staff are very courteous. I’ll be back if I need them.

As far as the final result - my2015 F150, it seems fixed right. Unfortunately, this was at an excess of time & money (my$) which only increased my discomfort. Given the actual value added time over the total time taken, I can only assume poor project management.

As far as the Value work, the repair is great. The customer rep’ was friendly & kept me updated on progress or lack of. I was also disappointed no effort was made to reconcile for shortcomings in our business transaction .
