Kept getting told my car would be ready by noon everyday for a week. Ended up taking a week longer than expected. Would have been okay if they just said it’ll take a week. Then when my car was “ready” it was filthy in bondo/overspray and the dash was light up with different error codes. Speed limited to 80mph being one of them, no traction control available or drive modes. Was told “idk what’s really going on” not what I wanted to hear after already waiting a week longer than expected.lucky insurance was paying for it or I would have been a lot more upset. Misaligned hood, wrong front badge for the bumper, completely wrong color, missing cap on valve stem on new rim. Wish I could have taken it to my Mustang specialty shop but sadly insurance made me go here. Not a pleasant experience to say the least.

My only pushback would be an update on when work will be finished. We followed up and asked, but for customer service, being proactive is always better. A simple text would suffice.

I had a bit of a tough time with Supreme. Everyone that I spoke to was incredibly nice but it took more than a month from the time I first came in to being able to get my appointment scheduled. I couldn't get anyone to call me back and they kept forgetting what the work was, so they couldn't provide a quote. I was told that it would take two full days to complete the work, but at the end of the second day (when I hadn't heard about the status of the work), I called and was told it would take two more days. I had already turned in my rental car, so I had to go get another one. When it was finished, most of the work was great but most of the surface scratches hadn't been painted and the ones that did looked worse than if I had done it myself. You guys have great reviews online so I was incredibly disappointed, from start to finish.
