But someone scratched the passenger front window and had to redo the coding that was on it. The problem was nobody said anything until my daughter’s boyfriend noticed all the scratches.

A small replacement part took almost 4 months to procure. No fault of collision center or AAA. Upon request to AAA to extend car rental, they threw the rule book supporting their inability to consider extension. When asked was told that this delay is NOT very common but still they cannot extend the rental or somehow help to expedite the part request to a member since 30+. At this point as a customer I was totally stranded and felt that the insurance company did not come through.
