Was not expecting them to clean the inside of my car. Nice touch! The job was done professionally and with care. Customer service was also great, with excellent communication. That's not always a given, so I was pleasantly surprised. Overall a great experience. My one gripe is that when I got the car back there were some small gouges in the dashboard that were not present when I dripped off the car.
