No communication, left dirty , don’t say you will do something if your not , why even mark the truck if your not and then leave part of the marker ink on the truck , wow

After the accident the exhaust started making nose , I was told they would run diagnostic test and they never did and it still has the nose , 2 areas on the passenger side have scratches , I was told they would fix them , the lady circled them and they were never done and you can still see some of the mark she made on the truck , the area of work performed was left un clean and smudge .
