Repair looks great but the Communication is not the best had an issue when I got my car with moister in drivers head light was told someone would contact next business day I am still waiting have called and emailed no reply to any of my messages. Lack of customer service

It took a full week beyond estimate to complete the repair. When I called I was told ready in 2days, another day etc. I do appreciate that you were sensitive to my rental issues and the help with the last 2days. The repair looks great. People responded to my calls, were informative and courteous.
