At the start I was told that it would be about a week. It was over two weeks. I asked for them to order the parts before I brought the vehicle in so progress can move on but they didn't. They told me at the start that they would have a loaner car there for me when I dropped off the vehicle. I called them the day before I dropped off the car and to see if the loaner was there or if I needed to pick it up only to find out that they said it was up to the customer to get it. They did try to get me something, but all they were going to give me was a Chevy spark. Considering that I drive SUVs or a full size truck, the spark wasn't going to cut it. I decided I didn't need a rental if I was going to have to pay for it. This was all from a parked car accident.
