The repair itself seems to have been done fairly well. The re-paint etc., looks to have been done very nicely as well. Only complaint I might mention was they used the bed of my truck to throw all their waste sanding pads etc. and left a portion if not all for me to clean up.

So Far so Good. Has fixed my car twice because of accidents and so far with this being the 2nd time I haven't run into any issues so far. They are timely and even go above to wash and vacuum it to make it feel new again even though the depreciation is disheartening. Thank you for all the hard work.

Good on the phone, when I went in the main front desk rep took another phone call while she was talking to me, I had questions and think she should have finished with me before going on to the next customer, they told me on Wednesday my vehicle was in assembly and would be done soon ( that week), they didn’t call me Thursday, I phoned them twice Friday and left messages, then physically went to their shop, they had a note on the door that they were closed due to training. I ran out of rental car insurance coverage and had to return it before I got my vehicle back. When I did get my vehicle back the following Monday, the front desk rep said nothing about my messages, no apology.
