I am very pleased with the repairs done to my vehicle. They customer service was always very friendly and pleasant to speak with. However, I was supposed to get a phone call “once my car was taken apart” (and I suppose, diagnosed) and before the end of the second week in repairs to inform me of its status. I had to call twice and did not receive these calls until I had inquired about it. But the delay from the initial suggested timeline did not affect me so I was not impacted negatively. Overall I am pleased with the service. Just make sure you update the customers. Thank you.

They did an excellent job fixing my vehicle. However, the communication and timelines were at fault. I was lucky enough not to be affected by the longer repair; but others may not be so fortunate.

My car looks great and functions well after they were done. However, they told me it would probably take a week to complete... it took two and a half weeks. Twice they said they would call me for an update and didn’t call. I had to call them. But every interaction with them was pleasant.
