They are the best. From arrangements for rental car, replacement of a battery while it died during repairs, to fixing a few issues with peeling paint or rust areas at no extra charge. They kept me informed all through the process of the progress, daily by text and advised when and why there were delays (parts). They are courteous and professional. I've had 4 deer collisions over the last handful of years and they handle everything with the insurance once I start the claims and setting and updating the rental company when we've needed to extend. Rental is picked up and left at their location, no need for additional stop. They are the best. Have referred them numerous times and others have been pleased as well.
