Tahlequah Collision is a full service Collision Repair Facility. Justin Bacon and Robert Lawson opened this new facility in February of 2020 to meet the needs of Tahlequah and the surrounding communities. Justin and Robert have worked together since 2001 and have more than 40 years combined experience operating and working in the body shop industry. We have assembled the areas greatest technicians complimented by the newest and most state of the art equipment available. All of our craftmanship carries a lifetime warranty and we work with all Insurance companies. No job is too big or too small and we would love to earn your trust as a customer for life.

I took my car in to get a new back bumper painted and put on, driver rear rim replaced and some body work by the gas tank driver side repaired. I received a phone call stating my vehicle was ready. When I went in to pick up my car I inspected it and found a crack and a scratch in the brand new bumper, my antenna was missing and they didn’t even replace the new rim.. After I brought all of this to their attention, the shop said it was because they received the wrong size rim and were ordering the correct rim. That it would be an additional week before I can pick up my vehicle. I waited the additional week received the phone call from the shop stating my vehicle is ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I inspected the vehicle. Only need to find that they had replaced the passenger rear rim that was not even defective. I brought it to the shops attention. He said it was the Ford dealership down the road that changed out the rims and he told them the driver side rear, but for some reason they did the passenger rear. He assured me I could just bring it to Ford to have them replace the correct damaged rim the following day. He stated it would only take 10 minutes. I was at Ford for 1 hour. The shop did apologize for their mistakes both times I went to pick up my vehicle. It was a huge inconvenience as I was in a loaner from enterprise that is 45 minutes away.
