Excellent experience took my 2018 impala in to have front end repaired got it back everything was good except the grill took it back and was told they would order me another one cause it didn't fit right

you had me wait a month before droping the car off, you should of had the fender before I brought the car in. then when I got there you tell me there's no record of me at all. the day before I called to comfirm and you told me yes sir your all sett for tomorrow the 20th. when I finally get my car back it had dust all up in it all over the inside and broken glass from my back window that I had just vacumed before It dropped it off . I will never go there again.

Did not receive sufficient status updates. A part had to be located, then shipped. There were delays with the shipping. The actual work on the vehicle was a 10 rating.

Not sufficiently updated on status of work. Dropped vehicle off on September 6th and picked up on October 26th. I received 1 phone call with an update around the 2nd week and then a call that it was ready for pick up. I called 3 times. Other than that I received status updates from insurance company.
