Love the fact that everything was taken care of for me. Rental car was at the shop for me and I could return it right there. Everyone is friendly and easy to deal with !

It may be a problem across the board that all the shops are taking a long time to provide service because of demand and short supply of parts. So maybe I should actually rate it a 10.
