This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a body shop. I couldn't believe the lack of communication from the shop to the customer. After having my vehicle there for 2 weeks I called to check the status and I was told it would be ready next Wednesday. I call that Wednesday and was told it wasn't ready to call back the following Wednesday again. After doing that I was told it would be ready on Friday. I go down there and my vehicle is still not ready. After having it there for 53 days I has to get allstate involved. 3 days later my truck was done. Speaking with Ken at times he was rude and couldn't find time to call back. I will never use you guys again and I will be letting friends and family know.
