Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value We were given the options of several collision shops. I've used St. Clair collision in the past. As well as Gerber, and a Dealership. All performed fair to marginal work. This time we chose Taube's. I am a stickler as far as color matching. Paint job quality. Seam alignment between doors, fenders, truck bed, etc. All were performed to absolute perfection! You've probably heard the "post work" nightmare stories about orange peel. Or clear coat flaking/peeling after your truck/car is back home. Let me put those fears/doubts to rest choosing Taube's for your total vehicle repair needs. Simply put they are the best! In a day when mediocre seems to be the "new normal" the folks at Taube's go above and beyond. Not only did they perform top shelf repair work to my truck. They did so in an exceptional manner, going beyond what was promised, even absorbing some of the cost without contacting me. They negotiated with the insurance company as if I were their family. And at the end of the day that is how you feel, like a member of the Taube's family. They returned my 2007 pickup to better than factory new. Generally when you stand in front of an after market paint job you can tell the parts that were redone by the presence of orange peel obscuring the clarity, or reflectivity. Not the case with Taube's. Their painter lays on a mirror finish that is durable as it is mirror perfect. They negotiated with the insurance company getting me a whole new bed including"Rhino" coating, when the insurance was only willing to repair "half" the bed. They are my "go-to" shop from here on out. You won't regret choosing Taube's for all your needs. Just ask for Karen and relax. She doesn't stop until the job is done to total perfection. Keeping all costs to a minimum. I got my truck back 10 times cleaner than I left it with them, too. When AAA refused to pay for one side of my 4x4 stickers, Taube's picked up the other side.
