I'd give a 10 but there was no loaner offered and miscommunication as to how I secured rental via MEEMIC. I understand loaners are in low quantity because of vehicle shortage and you need to sell them but I will probably call around and find a shop with loaner next time ($250 out of pocket for rental)

Very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. ALL AROUND GOOD PEOPLE... BY FAR THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE!!! IN GOOD HANDS WITH MORAN COLLISION SERVICE CENTER. I wasn't expecting my vehicle to be washed and tires shinning when I picked it up. Furthermore, I wasn't expecting a loaner vehicle. GREAT BUSINESS AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Everything seems to be fixed except for the horn. We did let them know and they fixed the housing for it but the horn barely works now.

Everyone was extremely friendly but I was told they’d get me a loaner vehicle and they never did. A week after I dropped off my truck, they called saying that they were working on getting me a loaner but that was the last I heard from them until my truck was ready to pick up
