They damaged my car and lied the manager had me waiting for approximately two hours no apology and when he came out he went directly to the white people that had just gotten there he lied and said my estimate already had scratches on it when it did not he even fabricated a fake document and emailed it to me with pre existing scratches dated March 17, 2026 neither the document they provided the my insurance on March 18, 2026 or the one provided to me on March 13, 2026 had scratches on it, I have the email with the fabricated document on it . To leave a complaining paying customer waiting for almost two hours while you take students on a tour is unacceptable and it is further unacceptable to leave a black complaining customer still waiting after you finish with the supposed students and help white people that just arrived when the estimator guy was sitting at his desk as such I will never go to this horrible location again. I got the car from this location and had issues buying the car brand new first owner. I had issues at service before as well so it is fair to say some don’t like my kind there in my opinion. I have the credit and money to pay sadly my beautiful dark skin is what is hated I believe.

Absolutely professional Steve was reason I had you do work he was great kept me informed. I had many vehicles done at body shop over years always very satisfied but I never had anyone has good as Steve. Work done was super like it is always. It’s shame I lease two vehicles every 2-1/2 years and last time I leased before I have these vehicles I leased with you and salesman OZZY is not there anymore so asked for someone who has been there long and he was useless so I went elsewhere and leased 2 vehicles. Your service department was very good also but sales have nothing to desire. But body shop again I fixed many vehicles from me all not Toyotas Thanks again for great work at collision center and you should give Steve a raise before someone steals him.
