I cant answer that yet because I picked up my car and there is a loud sound coming from the back that wasn't there when I brought it in. I did drop it back off after driving it around the block and they are going to look at it in the morning.

The amount of time it takes would probably hurt people that need their car. I got lucky that it was the lady at fault and her insurance had to pay for a rental.

I am happy with the repairs but now my seat belt alarm keeps going off even with every seat belt in the car locked. It was not doing that before the accident or when I brought it in to get fixed.

But my air conditioner is not working now but it was before I brought it in, I think when disconnecting the battery it tripped a capacitor or a relay.

Meagan at front desk was great, the person that did the damage estimate was great. I think that you should have all of the parts before the customer brings the vehicle in. My vehicle was an easy repair and could have been done in a day or two.

From the front desk to the adjuster to the shop workers everyone was friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job on my car and in a timely manner. It was also nice to have updates texted to my phone. I would 100% recommend this body to all family and friends!

Replacement parts were refurbished poorly (headlight has haze and looks to be distressed, hood has chips and touch up stick paint) glass chunks still all over the interior including embedded in the steering wheel and seat

Broken glass still in the vehicle seats and in the steering wheel. Hazed and not good quality parts used for headlights and paint on all pieces is chipped and not properly repaired.
