⭐⭐⭐ My experience with this collision center was unfortunately pretty frustrating. The repairs to my Durango required multiple visits, and I felt like I had to do a lot of the follow-up myself. One of my biggest concerns was a coolant issue that came up after the accident. My coolant had dropped significantly, and the vehicle was still leaking coolant. The vehicle was still there but I was essentially told to take it to my own garage to have the issue looked at. I was told they didnt think it was related and they tried to tell me it wasnt even leaking coolant. I was uncomfortable with that because the vehicle was still leaking coolant and I felt this needed to be addressed as part of the accident repair. The vehicle ultimately ended up needing a radiator, which made the situation even more frustrating. I don't feel like I should have had to figure out where the problem belonged or coordinate additional repairs while the vehicle was still having an active coolant leak. I also had to bring the Durango back a second time after the initial repairs because there were still concerns with the finished repair. I appreciate that they ultimately took the vehicle back and addressed the remaining issues, and I am glad to finally have it back. However, the overall process was much more stressful, time-consuming, and complicated than I expected. I understand that collision repairs can uncover additional damage, but I expected better communication, a more thorough inspection before considering the vehicle finished, and more ownership of issues that could potentially have been related to the accident.

I was not happy that I was told to take my vehicle to my own garage for the coolant issue. Ultimately my insurance made them keep it.
